Keranique

Keranique is a brand of hair care products owned by Atlantic Coast Media Group (ACMG). The products covered by Keranique are specially formulated for women facing hair loss problems by using hair regrowth solutions. Keranique has introduced its hair care line aimed at thickening women's hair and encouraging regrowth.

Ingredients

The main ingredient of the product is Minoxidil, the only solution approved by the Food and Drug Administration or FDA for re-growing hair in women. The ideal amount to be used is 2 percent.

History

Keranique products have been developed by Mindy Goldstein, at ACMG laboratory. The product is specifically designed to work with woman's biochemistry to regrow hair and fight hair loss. Keranique had introduced it's first hair care line in Dec 2011, which included Hair Regrowth Treatment, Revitalizing Shampoo, Volumizing Conditioner, Follicle Boosting Serum and Fortifying Mousse.

Product Range

Keranique is an advanced solution for thicker, fuller looking hair specifically formulated for women of all ages and hair types. The products include Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum, Mouse, Hairsprays and other hair regrowth treatment kit available on Keranique website.

Advertising campaigns

In 2011, ACMG decided to launch a new online advertising campaign that also included local radio and TV advertising in New Jersey.
As part of an online advertising campaign later it appeared on New York Times, PR Newswire, Huffington Post and ABC13 Eyewitness News

As regards the success of these products in the market, users have in various ways registered mixed feelings about the product. The company though has stated on the website, that the shedding and itching at the beginning of treatment may occur at the resting phase. It means the product is working.
